World Week for Animals in Laboratories - 2010 Recap
IDA's 23 annual World Week for Animals in Laboratories (WWAIL) was held from April 17 - 24 2010. IDA activists successfully hosted, promoted and publicized WWAIL demonstrations in dozens of cities in the U.S., as well as in Canada, France, Ireland and England.
Actions range from large-scale marches and demonstrations to leafleting, tabling and film showings on college campuses, including several universities where experiments which made IDA's "Top 10" list were conducted.
On behalf of animals in labs and all of us at IDA, thank you for a powerful week of action!
For those of you unable to participate this year, please join IDA and activists throughout the world next April to make WWAIL 2011 the most powerful anti-vivisection event to date.
If you don't see your WWAIL event photos and updates below, we want to hear from you! Please email wwail@idausa.org.
